Black card stock or heaverier paper is best. Try the scrapbooking sections of the department store. A pencil works fine for the handle. Sports tape is good for the wrap. Or simply rip yourself a length of cloth, dip it in 1:1 ratio glue and water and wrap. You may have to adjust the top outside lines of the design inwards if the kunai end is too large for the handle your using. Or adjust them outwards if its too small. Just make sure you adjust all 4 lines the same amount. Ive never found a nice cheap option for the end ring. Sculpty is what I use, either make a ring and put a hole in it with the handle then bake OR you can use a blowdryer to heat set the clay while its still on the handle. Cause you wouldnt want to put the chop stick in the oven! =) Once its hard remove the ring and re attach it with some strong glue.
